OPEN-M LLC ("Open-M", "we") carries out roofing and building works, sells materials in store, online and wholesale, and provides household and commercial support services. This policy explains how we handle personal data in each of these, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" for online and distance sales, and the GDPR where applicable.

2. Works clients

For roof surveys and building works we process your name, phone, property address, roof and building measurements, photographs of the roof or structure, drone images if a drone survey is agreed with you, the estimate, contract and acceptance certificate. Drone images are taken only of your property and are not published.

3. Store and online customers

For orders we collect your name, phone, email, delivery address and items ordered. Card payments are handled by a licensed payment provider; we do not store your card details. Delivery drivers receive only your name, phone and address. Distance purchases can be returned within 14 days in accordance with consumer protection law.

4. Home services

When our staff visit your home for measuring, assembly or small repairs, we record the address, visit time and any access instructions you provide, and delete access instructions after the visit.

5. Wholesale and trade agency partners

We process business contact details of representatives of contractors, retailers and suppliers, and order, delivery and payment records.

6. Purposes and grounds

  • Surveying, quoting, performing and warranting works (contract).
  • Selling, delivering and accepting returns of goods (contract, legal obligation).
  • Fiscal, tax and accounting compliance (legal obligation).
  • Safety at work sites, including recording names of people present during roof works (legal obligation, legitimate interest).
  • Informing you of offers, only if you opt in (consent).

7. Recipients

Delivery services, payment providers, material manufacturers for warranty claims, subcontractors on your project (address and schedule only), tax authorities and our accountant. We do not sell personal data.

8. Retention

  • Works documentation and photographs: warranty period plus 3 years.
  • Orders and fiscal receipts: as required by tax legislation.
  • Home visit access instructions: deleted after the visit.
  • Estimates without a contract: 12 months.
  • Marketing consent: until withdrawn.

9. Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.

10. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The roof estimator runs only in your browser.
